Many religions have taboos, for example, the Buddhist’s taboo is killing. Some religions adore snake, and thus forbid people to kill snake. Besides, some are mice adoration, which not only put forward the prohibition of killing mice, but also feed mice and provide food to them. Even some nationality appears to taboo in opposing the slaughter of dog, and their king prohibits to eat dog. This because a dog saved the old king’s life. The famous case is the taboo of Islam that Muslim is forbidden to eat pork and this is written in the Koran.

Christianity seems to be no taboo.

I think it seems to be reasonable for Buddhist’s taboo that is the prohibition of killing. This is because Buddhism pays attention to the equality of all beings, loves all beings and all other living beings. Thus not killing is fair and reasonable.

The description of the animals except for humans and the relationship of between humans and animals in the Bible is the most correct. All other religious taboos about the animals are baloney.

According to the description of the Bible, God said, ‘Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.’

All living things on the earth are controlled by human beings. They can be treated as food or pets. It also can make them more, or less, even to control their life and death.

It violates the Bible to take any animals as a taboo. Those pigs, dogs, rats, snakes, and other animals are the food of human beings, or they can be available for viewing and playing. But not adoration and not treated as taboo. They are managed objects, and just managed objects.

Thus it is absurd, unreasonable, and foolish to prohibit eating pork and violates the Bible. It should be abolished.

It is unreasonable for Islam about other taboos, including a woman wearing burqa and veil, and a man with long beard, which expressed foolishness and dirty.

According to Freud’s theory, taboo is a kind of psychological suggestion. It is a kind of group hypnosis. It can be said to be a collective trick.

Islam’s taboo is a pretext and instrument for those religious extremists to control their Muslim, is a kind of group hypnosis and a collective trick, and is a device to threat, intimidate and dupe their people. It thus has no any scientific basis and economic value. It must be abolished at once.
